How personalisation works
Each candle label follows the same clean design structure, featuring:

Text size is adjusted automatically depending on the length of your message.
Longer text will appear smaller, while shorter text will appear larger.
As every candle is designed individually, the final layout may vary slightly depending on personalisation, while maintaining the same overall style.

Your order is typically made and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Delivery
Orders are sent from our studio in London using tracked serviced.
Standard delivery - 3 working days after dispatch
Next Day Delivery - 1 working day after dispatch.
Please follow these candle safety guidelines to enjoy your candle safely:
- The first burn matters most. Allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hours to prevent tunnelling
- Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn
- Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time
- Keep away from children and pets
- Keep away from drafts, heat sources and flammable materials
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Discontinue use when approximately 5mm of wax remains to avoid overheating
