How big is the oversized tote bag?
41 x 56 x 16cm and holds 37 litres. Big enough for gym kit and a change of clothes. Want something smaller? See our large totes, which hold 30 litres.
Does this tote have a zip?
No, this is the open-top tote. For a zip, see our zip tote range.
Can I change the text?
Yes. Every word can be changed: a name, initials, a year or a short phrase, in your choice of text colour.
Delivery
Every order is personalised and made to order in our London studio. Please allow up to 4 working days for us to make your order, then 3 working days for standard UK delivery.
Need it sooner? Choose next day delivery at checkout (UK only). This speeds up postage once your order is made, not the making time.
Customers outside the UK may need to pay customs or import duties on delivery.
Returns
Because every item is personalised to your order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. Please check your spelling and colour choices carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives faulty or hasn’t arrived, contact us using the Contact Us button on our homepage or email hello@putanameonit.co.uk and we’ll sort it out.
I wish the seller had more examples of what the actual colors looked like so you knew in advance - another item I ordered (the blush) didn’t look as described (actually looked peach). That being said it truly is a great, good quality product and arrives super fast. Love that it can be customized which is super fun. I’ll be coming back for more.
